How to light and maintain a wood stove fire

Someone mentioned during a chimney cleaning that they were having a tough time getting a fire started in their fireplace insert.  There is a trick to getting a fire started. Luckily the folks at Regency have provided a video to help out. I think one of the main tricks is to leave the door slightly open during the kindling process.  But make sure you never leave the door open once you are past getting the fire started.
